Large weddings
Intimate, family size weddings are quite different to larger scale events and as such require a slightly different approach. We understand the specific dynamics of a small gathering and would love to help you create an unforgettable celebration with your closest loved ones.
We will guide you through the entire process, recommending the best venues and services tailored to your guest list, ensuring every individual is thoughtfully cared for. Let us craft the perfect small-scale luxury wedding in France for you.

Intimate weddings
Elopements are very special to us. We understand the intimate, personal nature of these moments, and we are dedicated to making each elopement we plan a day out of time.
We will accompany you every step of the way, curating a team that will be fully dedicated to you throughout the day. Every detail will be meticulously taken care of, allowing you to fully immerse yourselves in the magic of the moment.

We typically work with elopement budgets from 45,000 Euros. Our elopement fees start at 6,000 Euros
elopements
You would need to prove at least 40 consecutive days of residency in France to qualify for a legally binding wedding in France. Those take place at the city hall, and you would need a proof of legal marriage in order to get married in Church.
Most of our couples get legally married in their country and have a symbolic or religious service in France.
Can we get legally married in France ?
The earlier the better, but we usually recommend between 15 and 9 months prior. In some highly thought after areas venues can be all booked up as early as 12 months in advance. That being said we have planned weddings in as little as 4 months, if you are flexible on dates we are always able to find a few really good options available out there!
How long before the wedding date should we book ?
We typically require to work with budgets from 70,000 Euros for intimate weddings of less than 50 guests, and from 150,000 Euros for larger guest counts.
For elopements we typically work with budgets from 30,000 Euros.
However if your budget is different do not hesitate to get in touch. Above all else, our main requirement is that we feel confident we can deliver your vision within your ideal envelope.
What type of budgets do you work with ?
Our fees are calculated according to each project depending on the complexity of the event. This is determined by the location, type of venue, number of guests, whether there will be side events and type of side events, expected level of decor and entertainment, and more. After an initial consultation we will send you a tailored proposal with a set fee.
Our fees start at 6,000 Euros for elopements, 11,000 Euros for intimate weddings (less than 50 guests), and 15,000 Euros for larger weddings (more than 50 guests).
How do you calculate your fees ?
As planners we have an invaluable experience of how much things tend to cost and we use that knowledge to advise our couples on how to make the best use of their budget. We sometimes negotiate some vendor prices and often our partners would do us some favours so that we can exceed our mutual client's expectations, based on our long lasting relationship. But we believe it is important that talented people get a fair remuneration for their services and therefore we would only negotiate in a way that is respectful of each professional's value.
