We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional and motivated Junior Wedding Planner. You will be working on a range of exciting and ambitious weddings in France. You must have a minimum 2 years event production experience and be fluent in French.

THE ROLE
Event planning
Liaising and managing vendors and venues, Negotiating and reviewing contracts, Preparing client proposals, Attending all client meetings and writing post meeting notes, Imagining and sourcing decor, Delivering for all our 2023 weddings as part of a team
Business development
Replying to prospect enquiries and manage the prospects database, Implementing the company’s social media strategy, Producing content and running the community calendar
Admin
Booking all travels for site visits and weddings (flights, hotels, car rentals)
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The candidate should have
- Extraordinary attention to details
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient use of the office suite
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- A good knowledge and understanding of social channels. Experience in social media marketing a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French (essential) and English
- Minimum 2 years experience in event production
- Must be available to travel regularly
