“A WEDDING IS A THOUSAND DETAILS, BUT ENSURING ITS SUCCESS CAN COME DOWN TO A FEW SIMPLE CHOICES. FOR US, CHOOSING ANNE-LAURE TO PLAN OUR WEDDING WAS BY FAR THE SINGLE MOT IMPORTANT.”
We feel so blessed to have met this kind, intelligent and fearless couple from Canada, who came to us to plan their beautiful, elegant and fun wedding in the South of France.
Evgenia & Marc got married in a beautiful chateau hotel in Drome provencale. The couple were after a venue that could accommodate all of their guests for a full weekend and the venue we found them was so perfect for the atmosphere and the togetherness ambiance they were after.
The celebrations started with a welcome dinner set on one of the terraces of the chateau overlooking the mountains. All guests fit one one long table which gave the evening a very relaxed feel.
On the morning of the wedding, guests chose various activities, from a gold course to a vineyards tour and wine tasting or sightseeing.
The ceremony was held by the centenary trees of the chateau’s gardens, overlooking the gorgeous mountains scenery that the venue offers. The bride was after a generous, simple, vaporous wedding arch and chose an arch dressed of baby’s breath only. The aisle was simply decorated with rose petals.
After ceremony, a sax player entertained the cocktails reception by the pool. Kids were entertained in their own kids village, filled with games and activities.
The dinner was held outdoors too, on the front terrace of the chateau, by a beautiful olive tree, and lit with festoon lights. The tables featured some beautiful centre pieces mixing some generous and classic blooms with some more wild and simple flowers for a generous yet organic effect.
A DJ heated up the outdoor dance floor, yet on another terrace decorated with hanging lights and lanterns, and guests could dance under the stars.
The next day, the couple and their guests enjoyed a fun day around the pool and an evening BBQ by the second on site pool!
